| Booking Terms: |
Confirmations are made when the deposit, (one quarter of the contracted amount) and a fully executed contract has been received and accepted by Fontenot Grand Mansion. The date is not considered confirmed without this
payment and a signed contract from the responsible party.The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to your scheduled event. In the event of a cancellation or postponement, this retainer is non-refundable and non-transferable to another party, but will remain in escrow should you reschedule to a later available date within 6 months of the previously scheduled event date.If an event is canceled in writing within 3 days of the signature date of the contract, the down payment less a $500 administration fee will be refunded. After the 3 days, the contract amount is non-refundable and non-transferable to another party and Fontenot Grand Mansion must be notified in writing no less than 90 days from the scheduled event or the contract is due in full.

| Methods of Payment: |
Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, personal or business check, money order (personal checks are not accepted less than 14 days prior to your event). Insufficient funds checks submitted as deposits will result in the immediate cancellation of the event reservation. |
| Staffing: |
The stated fees include our trained staff to work with you or your consultant on the day of your event to create a memorable occasion. We provide armed security for each event scheduled at the Mansion. |
| Damages: |
A damage deposit of $600 is required at least 30 days prior to the event. The client assumes full liability for damages to the premises either by outside vendors they contract or by guests attending the function. The deposit is refunded, less any noted damages, on the first business day following the event. |
| Capacity: |
The Great Hall Accommodates 200.The Courtyard accommodates 500. |
| Tenting: |
All tenting requirements shall be determined by the Fontenot Grand Mansion, and contracted through their approved sources, unless agreed to in advance, in writing. Tent rental and installation fees are additional, and not included in the Mansion rental fees. Lessee shall make payment for tenting not less than 30 days prior to the event. No stakes shall be driven into the concrete or asphalt anywhere on the property. |
| Decorations: |
No decorations attached to the walls, columns, or railings without written consent from the owners. All décor must comply with all city or county regulations. Lessee must submit a written description and rendering of lighting plans or decorations at least 30 days prior to the event. A staff member of the Fontenot Grand Mansion must review and approve all proposed decorations prior to installation.Nothing may be hung, attached or suspended from any part of the Mansion without written consent from the owners of the Fontenot Grand Mansion. No holes may be made to the building, or supporting structures. If there is a risk to damaging the marble floors, a plastic protective runner must be used. The client is responsible for the repair of any damage or disfiguration to the facility. |
| Electrical Equipment: |
Any electrical equipment must meet U.L. approval. Accessibility to equipment rooms and utility boxes are prohibited without authorization from our staff. Electrical service for events will be rented, supplied, and serviced from the Fontenot Grand Mansion. Special electrical requests must be given in writing 30 days prior to your event. Additional fees may apply. |
| Exits: |
A 10′ clearance on both sides of the exits must be maintained at all times. Doors must remain unlocked during all events. |
| Flammable Materials: |
All flammable or volatile materials under high pressure are prohibited unless approved in written authorization by the local fire department and the owners of the Fontenot Grand Mansion. |
| Music Franchise Fee: |
Lessee is responsible for paying any fees directly to ASCAP/BMI. |
| Parking: |
Valet services are required and is based on the number of guests attending the event. The number of necessary valet staff is determined by Fontenot Grand Mansion. The customer is responsible for these fees, which is in addition to the event rental fee and must be paid in full fourteen days prior to the event.The parking area may not be used for commercial exhibits, displays, promotions, etc. Without the express written consent from the staff of the Fontenot Grand Mansion. |
| Permits: |
It is the responsibility of the lessee to obtain the necessary permits for their event. |
| Rental Times: |
All rates are based on an 7-hour rental period. Additional hours may be purchased at a rate of $1500 hour. These fees must be paid in advance. Rental fees quoted are on a per day basis. Any part of a day constitutes full day rental. |

Security:
|
The Fontenot Grand Mansion rental fee includes armed security, based on the number of guests in attendance. All events at the Mansion will have security in attendance. |
| Smoking: |
The Mansion interiors are smoke-free. Smoking of any kind is prohibited inside the Mansion. |
| Vendors Liability: |
It shall be the responsibility of the lessee to submit to the Fontenot Grand Mansion, in writing, a list of the service providers (vendors) the lessee has contracted, no later than 30 days prior to the scheduled event. All vendors/ contractors must be properly licensed,permitted, and insured before they can set up or provide services in the Mansion. Vendors/Caterers must leave the Mansion in the same clean condition in which they took possession. All trash must be removed from the Mansion and placed in the outside receptacles.
